Cursed bride-to-be has hen party cancelled twice

A bride-to-be was left cursing her luck last week after her hen party had to be cancelled for a second time.

Lorna Oliver was left devastated after her flight to Magaluf was grounded on Thursday, four months after her first attempt at organising a hen party failed when he flights to Egypt were cancelled in the wake of the Flyglobespan collapse.

The 36-year-old bride-to-be from Airdrie Scotland, decided to settle for a hen party in Edinburgh.

She said: “It’s been upsetting. It was chaos – no one was telling us anything, we didn’t know whether to wait or go home.

“It was made so much worse by the fact this happened to my hen party before. It’s unbelievable – how can this happen TWICE?”

She added: “I’m not taking this as a sign of things to come because I’ve had enough bad luck!”
