Overview of Hen weekends in Manchester
For a long time Manchester was fighting with Birmingham to become England’s second city, but it didn’t need to, because it’s got everything a big city needs and more. Your Manchester hen weekend will be a memorable one, and once you’re there you’ll be wondering why you even considered going anywhere else!
With enough going for it to be a capital in its own right, you and your ladies won’t be hard pushed to find something to occupy yourself, with bucket loads of cosmopolitan flair that includes some of the best shopping in the UK, great restaurants, bars (cocktail making!), and even old-school roller discos. There are more than enough ways to keep the party going until the early hours!
If you’ve never visited the city before, you might be mistaken in to thinking that Manchester is all about the ‘footy’. Of course there is a lot of football for the guys to enjoy, but there is a whole lot more than just that. Music makes up much of Manchester’s culture, however it is also a major hotspot for shopping and eating out.
Whether it’s the indie soul of the Northern Quarter, the endless variety of the Printworks complex or the stylish sophistication of Deansgate, which will be sure to bring out the WAG in you, you’ll need more than a single night in Manchester to experience even a slice of it. After the bars and the eateries, head to Tiger Tiger or The Birdcage (they’re almost opposite each other).
Manchester is massive for music so if you and your girls fancy yourselves as the next big girl band, head for our Platinum package and find yourselves on the Girl Band Experience – then you’ll know for sure if you have what it takes. If you fancy picking up more than just a few souvenirs, hop on a quick bus to the larger-than-life luxury of the Trafford Centre and go wild!
Manchester's Famous For
Those 2 football teams, the Gallagher brothers, The Stone Roses, Coronation Street and shopping.
Just as you’d hope from any big city, Manchester makes it easy to get around with trams that circle their way throughout the city and extremely cheap buses that do the exact same, you’ll just need to rustle up some change and you’ll all be whizzing your way throughout this large urban city.
What our customers say...
Fantastic hen weekend in Manchester!
The booking process was easy from start to finish. The event coordinator was really helpful and gave suggestions on which of my ideas would work best and was very knowledgeable about the activities.
Once booked it's really easy to keep track of payments and everyone can pay separately meaning I didn't have to pay an astronomical fee for everyone upfront. We only had to pay in full 6 weeks before so also had plenty of time to save up.
The apartments we stayed in (Laystall Apartments, Manchester) were super clean and a much higher standard than I expected. We had next door apartments too so were all together. The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't have any guests after 11pm and this was strictly adhered to by security so I did have a bit of trouble trying to get our stripper in!
The burlesque experience was fab and very close to the apartments. The trainer was really enthusiastic and friendly.
The party bus was also awesome and we got free q-jump entry to all the venues and a free shot in each. The organiser also texted me a couple of days before so that I knew who to contact if there were any problems or we lost her on the night, which was a really nice touch.
Overall the weekend was great and I will definitely be using Hen Heaven again in the future.

A fantastic night had by all.
I've booked a hen night through a company before and wasn't verly pleased with the outcome of the night so was a little apprehensive at 1st about booking through a company again but due to the limited time I had to book s'thing as it was pretty last minute I decided to investigate a little. Originally when I put my options into the boxes at the beginning I went all out to see what the prices would end up at, it was a little expensive but after speaking with Mike Agar (??) a consultant with Hen Heaven who was extremely helpful, we managed to get it to a price I thought people could afford and would still hopefully be a great night out. Unfortunately our Hen who is Australian was stuck in OZ due to visa problems and some of the guests decided not to come, but 3 of us went along and made the best of it. So Manchester here we came.....In the afternoon we did a cocktail making session which was so much fun and we managed to drink enough for everyone that should've been there. We didn't know we were getting nibbles at the end of it which was an added bonus to soak up some of the alcohol. The meal and club entry in the evening was at Tiger Tiger which was fab. Tiger Tiger has 3 floors to it so altho we had to be in there before 11pm to get our free entry it didn't really matter cos it was already quite busy and we spent most of the evening in the 70's/80's section. The hotel was right in the centre of everywhere we needed to be so we saved money on taxi fares and it was very comfortable. The only downside to the evening was that in Tiger Tiger they questioned us about the
