It couldnt be more simple, squeeze into a wetsuit, safety helmet and old trainers then scramble, climb, swim and cliff jump your way around Newquay's spectacular rocky coastline, turning rocks, cliffs, caves and waves into playthings! Jumping is not compulsory but most people like to try it.
If it is a calm day it is possible for you and your hen party to explore caves, when it gets rougher hold onto your hats girls - it can be a rollercoaster ride!

We take you and your hen party into the back of beyond by open canoe and teach you the cornerstones of surviving in the wild. Depending on the activity you choose, you and your hen party will have the opportunity to build your own shelters, learn fire lighting skills, explore ways to obtain food and water in the wild and learn how to navigate the natural way.
