It couldnt be more simple, squeeze into a wetsuit, safety helmet and old trainers then scramble, climb, swim and cliff jump your way around Newquay's spectacular rocky coastline, turning rocks, cliffs, caves and waves into playthings! Jumping is not compulsory but most people like to try it. If it is a calm day it is possible for you and your hen party to explore caves, when it gets rougher hold onto your hats girls - it can be a rollercoaster ride! Coastering is not the first thing you think of when you think of a traditional hen weekend, but those who have tried it have had an excellent time.

For a truly different and memorable hen weekend experience why not put yourself to the test and enjoy nature at its best with this weekend of camping and survival in Newquay. Cornwall provides the perfect backdrop for learning invaluable ‘survival’ skills. We take you and your hen party into the ‘back of beyond’ by open canoe and teach you the cornerstones of surviving in the wild. Depending on the activity you choose, you and your hen party will have the opportunity to build your own shelters, learn fire lighting skills, explore ways to obtain food and water in the wild and learn how to navigate the natural way. We will provide all of your safety equipment, dry barrels and bags for your kit, as well as food and drink for the expedition. Perfume making; all the celebrities are doing it so why not try it yourself! With this fantastic new activity you will be able to make, create and name your very own perfume. In the comfort of your own home or a chosen venue your perfume consultant will take you through the different fragrances that you will blend together to make your desired smell. Enjoy half a day at sea, kayaking around the beautiful Cornish coastline. You will have the chance to check out the coves and sea caves. This is a fantastic way to spend the afternoon with your friends. Plus when in Newquay, you have to hit the sea!

Enjoy a taster day of rock climbing and abseiling on the scenic coast of Cornwall. You will get chance to enjoy some starter climbs and then more challenging ones, plus test your nerve abseiling back down! For lunch you will enjoy a tasty Cornish pasty. Once finished the bravest climber will get a bottle of bubbly! **Based on 6 people**

Enjoy the Cornish coastline in the most thilling way possible. You will swin through sea caves and jump from up to 30ft into the sea (for those who dare!). You will have chance to rides the waves and relax on the beach. Plus you and the group can tuck in to a food on the beach after your session. If that isn't enough the Hen will get a bottle of bubbly to wash it down with! **Based on 4 People**

The class will start with a fun dance warm up to one of the Dirty dancing songs. Followed by a short stretch. The members of the hen party will then learn a basic dance to the "Dirty dancing" soundtrack, as a whole group.
