What to expect
For the ultimate rush that always goes down well with our hens, white water rafting is one of the most reliable ways to send your adrenaline levels through the roof on your hen weekend. Conquering the waves is all about pitting yourself against nature for a real sense of achievement. And the only way that you’ll succeed is by relying on your nearest and dearest, making this a fantastic activity for fostering teamwork amongst you girls.
White Water Rafting Hen party
For white knuckle action, white water rafting is the ideal activity. Where all you have is your wits, a paddle and your mates to make your way around some of your locations most rugged waters.
Don’t worry though, we won’t leave you up the proverbial without a paddle. All of our experiences start off with a thorough safety and training demonstration, and instructors are on hand throughout in case things get a little too wet and wild. And trust us, although you might not feel like it at the time, when you accidentally fall in it’s sure to become one of the most treasured moments of the hen.
Whether you’re a seasoned adrenaline junkie, or just looking for something unique – take the plunge with one of Hen Heaven’s white water rafting experiences.
